My name is Ron and I just started smoking about 4 months ago and love it! I've used this thing just about every weekend since I've had it, sometimes twice in a weekend. I've done beef and pork ribs, boston butt, pork tenderloins, salmon, chicken, stuffed peppers, alligator legs, etc. You get the picture, I'm really excited about this thing. I just got a cold smoke attachment this week and smoked 4 lbs of cheese on Wed. I'm really looking forward to gaining a lot of knowledge here and always welcome suggestions to make things better.
