Hi everyone.

I purchased a Bradley four rack smoker a few years back. I have smoked wild turkey breasts with great sucess. Tried deer sticks a few times with limited sucess. Smoked northern pike turned out very good also. Used Jeff's chicken breast recipe with great sucess and now this week end or next will be making the stuffed pork tenderloin.

I enjoy fishing, turkey, pheasant, deer, and coyote hunting.

I have made a PDI temp control for my smoker. Now I am working on making a vent in my shop so I can runthe smoking inside and get the smoke outside.

Take it easy,

Dean

Thanks, great to be here. Looking forward to trying some new things and learning a bunch. The pike turned out great. I am not the best at getting the Y bones out so I normally just pickle them but decided to try smoking a few and now I let all my friends know that I will take any pike that they catch lol.

I live near Montgomery MN on a family farm. It has been in our family for more than 150 years.
