Hi from Florida!

Deb and Mark from south Florida here. Mark is a chef by trade and Deb is just enthusiastic about food and loves to cook! We just got our first smoker (a 30" horizontal barrel with a side box) and are excited to get started. We would love any advice or pointers. About to go season 'er up!
