Hi everyone. The past 5 years or so I've really started getting into bbq'n. Had a cheap-o offset smoker for awhile, then started messing around with a masterbuilt electric. Just this past week I picked up a new WSM 22.5. I came on here to find some tips and tricks on using it. What a great site this is, so much information on exactly what I was looking for. Looking forward to checking out recipes, and everything else meat related! Thanks!
