Hi All.

Just saying hi. I'm from the Mornington Peninsular in the south east of Melbourne, Australia. I have joined the forum to find out some information and advice on building my own smoker. 

I'm a very keen fisherman and hunter and I want to make the most of what I catch with a smoker. A few years ago I build my own wood over. It turned out brilliant and now I want to compliment it with an outdoor kitchen with built in smoker.
