Hi folks... Jesus here (not THAT Jesus)

Hi all... I know what you're thinking.  Jesus doesn't smoke meat!  Well, this Jesus does... people have been ragging on me for years about my name, but it's who I Am.  (It's pronounced Hay-Zeus).   Anyway, I'm new to smoking meat (by myself).  Last week, I hit up one of those side of the road joints where they smoke meat right there in the parking lot of an abandoned gas station.  (It wasn't my first time... you get to know where these meat smoking roadside haunts are if you like delicious meat!).  But I'd like to explore smoking meat myself.  Sausage is my favorite!

Can't wait to hear from the rest of you all.
