Name is Dave but I normally use my email name "wickerdave" or just "wicker". Currently my wife Kim and I live in Vinton, Iowa but only for a very short time, we are moving to Sublimity Oregon next month. I have about 1 1/2 years of welding experience and love to fabricate. I have been smoking (or attempting) to smoke ribs, chicken, and brisket. Haven't had a quality smoker to work with and ready to move up to a professional quality unit. I'm convinced that rotisserie is the way to go. I've been looking for a set of build plans for over a year with no luck. If any one knows where I can find a some let me know PLEASE!!

Dave
