Hello everyone I was searching around for a manual for a Master Forge Electric Smoker I just got on clearance from Lowe's(they had it marked $149 but I showed manager a little ding on the back and got it for $119 

 ) and happened across yall's site. I'm in Dallas,Texas and have been smoking for years but I'm sure there's much I can learn from yall.
