I'm Nick from Brookings, Oregon. Have been smoking for about 35 years, but mostly basic recipes. Now that I'm retired I have been putting all kinds of things in the smoker and trying lots of rubs and marinades. Having a great time. I have an old Great Outdoors, Smokey Mountain charcoal smoker that I've converted to gas. Been laying low reading the posts and recipes in this forum, WOW so many new things to try :-)
