So I've been grilling for years and at the new age of 43 my family bought me a smoker. Now I get the privalage to learn the fine art of smoking food. I will be here on the forums searching for rubs and helpfull experiance on this fine art. I'm always looking for new ideas in all forms of cooking.

I'm also a avid outdoorsman. I love fishing, hunting, snow skiing and everything out side even if it is just mowing the lawn. I hate being stuck in the house unless I'm cooking.

TIA for all your help I hope to some day repay by helping the newer members.
