I live in central New Hampshire and I am just learning how to make sausage . I’m an avid deer hunter and love good sausage .

So I decided to get a smoker . The Bradley 910 .
I like it .

I also like to cook !

So I am just learning and certainly would appreciate all the tips and tricks provided in this forum
