hi all after doing more reading than i have in 30 years you all got me hooked on smoking. i've been smoking for bout 20 years or more but allways just winged it and most of the time i did good but there was allot of goofs too. now with all the advice i've gathered here i'm ready for action tomorrow morning ,i've got a brinkman smoking pit pro, order a duel probe readichek thermometer and will be here today,picked up 4 bags of royal oak(made in usa) ,gonna use memphis rub on brisket and 2 pork loins and apple juice and jack for spritzer.ty for all the info i gathered here and i don't need good luck anymore ty ray
