Just writing a few words to introduce myself. I've finally decided to take it to the next level and start smoking. I have a Char-Griller Super Pro that I have only used for grilling even though I bought the SFB and have had it on for two years without using

. I'm going to cut my teeth this Saturday and smoke a 9 lb. brisket and some ABT's. I've seen some of the modifications and plan to do them before the smoke. Wish me luck !!
