Long time lurker here so I decided to finally sign up. I am new to the forums but not too new to smoking. I had been using a Weber Genesis Silver B gasser for years as a smoker but the years finally caught up to that grill. Replaced the Silver B with a Gensis EP-330 a couple of years ago and had decent results. I had been looking to take my Q to the next level and ended up with a Smoke Hollow Smoke-Tronix 40" digital electric. It has turned out to be a good smoker so far. Anyway, I hope to get the chance to get to know some folks here since I've learned a lot from reading what other folks have to say.
