My name is Steve and I've been reading yall for a few months tryin' to learn all I can about smokin' sausage.  I live in south Louisiana...the sausage and boudin capital of the world...lol  I've been piddlin' with both (sausage and boudin) for years but now I want to try and take it to the next level.  And I believe I'm amongst the right group of folks to help me do that.

I just built a smoker from 3/4" plywood...it's 4x4x3.  I'm using propane and I have the AMNPS and the Smoke Daddy.

Ok...well...that's my story and I'm stickin' to it.  :-)

Hello and welcome from East Texas. This is a great site, lots of information and great people that are willing to throw in their two cents worth on about anything.

Welcome aboard Steve!  This is the best place I know for sharing ideas on smoking, grilling, curing, etc.  There are plenty of friendly, knowledgeable folks who really enjoy helping one another.  Looking forward to your input here, and just ask when you need anything...someone here will surely have the answer.
