New to the forum but have been smoking for a few months now. I have a Brinkman Electric that I got from The Depot. I have tried several things since I purchased including ribs, salmon, chicken and my favorite pork butt. I've been having some issue with the Brinkman but I won't go into that in this area. Just looking to improve the final product but am already getting quite a few compliments. I would like to thank everyone on this forum as I have found all the info here very helpful.
