Hi all,

I am in the uk and have just been bought a smoker by my mum for my birthday, I mentioned it once that I would like to make my own smoked salmon am well chuffed with it but am yet to use it. I choose the name of NotaVaper as a bit off a joke hope everyone gets it :)
