Just thought i'd say hi from Iowa.  I've been smoking for about 4 years and have been stealing recipes and ideas from here since day one, so I thought it was about time i joined and try to contribute something.  I'm smoking on propane, but am looking to start burning sticks so i can start doing some competitions.
