Glad to join. I am a long-time cook & griller, but pretty new to smoking, with less than 4 years' experience. We live in the South - near Clearwater, FL, so weather makes it easy to cook outside 12 months a year. Hope to learn more quickly as a result.
Have already found some great advice on here, and look forward to sharing ideas as I get some skills.
Jeff - made your smoked shrimp twice in two weeks for tailgates. They disappear as fast as I can put 'em out.
