Hey guys hows it going, my names Kyle, I live in Waterhen,Manitoba Canada (basically middle of nowhere). I'm new to this forum and to smoking in general as im only 22, but have been interested in building my own smoker and making my own goods as I enjoy all smoked foods altho who doesnt really :P. But yea just thought I'd say hi and a bit about myself

Welcome to the forums Kyle!  This is the best place I know for sharing ideas on smoking, grilling, curing, etc.  There are plenty of friendly, knowledgeable folks who really enjoy helping one another.  Looking forward to your input here, and just ask when you need anything...someone here will surely have the answer.
