Been smoking here in WV for about a year! I have always been a charcoal grilling machine and moved into smoking last year. I use a Brinkman Trailmaster Vertical Offset Smoker with a few Mods. I also have a Weber Kettle for my grilling and I'm still holding on to my original horizontal barrel charcoal grill, just in case! Three grill/smokers is enough as my wife would say. Looking forward to all the info this forum has to offer.
