Around here that will get an argument started every time. As in so many things Tastes vary! Been grilling for nearly 50 years, with a whole hog here and there. With more time on my hands, I decided to get into smoking. Picked up a vertical gas smoker and I'm learning it's peculiarities. First batch of ribs and chicken turned out real good. Lots of info here so I joined. Getting the parts together for a mini WSM build from a SJS.
