Hey everyone. Thought I would send a quick message/hello. Been reading up on topics within this site for quite some time now. Bought a smoker last year and it was everything I thought it would be and more. I never thought I would enjoy sitting around something just smoked but man is it fun. Anywho, I cant wait for the snow to melt so i can try some new things (brisket).
