This is Pat from Colorado Springs. I have a Traeger Lil Tex that I try to cook everything on. I'm in Agriculture, so this time of year is smokin time. Jerky, brisket, chicken, pork butts, pizza are some of the most recent cooks. Look forward to browsing the site and getting some good info.
