Hey Guys-
Been a lurker on this website for a while and figured it was time to join. I've been smoking for about 10 years but still have lots to learn. Have a gas grill and a 18.5" Weber Smokey Mountain (the only thing on the wedding registry that was actually for me). Got a Rock's Stoker for the WSM a few years back so I don't have to wake up every 2 hours for overnight smokes. Been doing pork ribs and butts for years; looking to branch out to try some new meats. I'm originally from Colorado but live just outside Cleveland, OH now. Love all the great advice and recipes I've seen on this site!
