I am from Iowa and just started smoking within the last month. I bought a 30" Masterbuilt electric smoker and so far I have smoked 2 whole chickens, 3 full racks of ribs, 2 pork butts, 63 tubes of deer summer sausage, and I am doing right now 100 pounds of deer sticks. I love this smoker. I think I need a bigger one already. :-) Tomorrow I am doing 2 whole chickens again for Thanksgiving. I am looking forward to getting tips an advice on this forum. I just bought a Dakota Sausage stuffer today and it was awesome. So I will be smoking more soon.
