Hey all!

First post. I've referenced this site multiple times and decided i might as well join lol. I love smoking and grilling, so I figured I would fit in!
For me Pork is boss, but I'm not a pork purist! Chicken, beef and turkey along with being an avid outdoorsman, have us eating a lot of venison and wildfowl too!
I hope to learn more and possibly chip in ideas occasionally.
