I'm new to the site obviously, but I've been lurking for a while getting information and looking at suggestions. I figured I would join to get involved in swapping ideas, recipes and whatnot.

I just got a new Old Country Wrangler for Christmas. I seasoned it over the weekend and got some gasketing on the way along with a new Mav et-732. I hope to get my first smoke on it next weekend. Well again hello to everyone and good to be here.

Welcome! I'm new as well, but have been smoking meat for a few years in my homemade smoker. I have that same thermometer, it is awesome.
