My GF got me (really, us) a new MES40 for christmas and in just a week I've learned a whole bunch here about how to get better results.  I've done a fair share of smoking on my grills but sure appreciate the tips.  This site with users that have already gone through the trials and well worn processes to make me look so much more talented to my friends when I serve up some food.  Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the forum. This is a great place to learn and share ideas. The search bar works great for finding info. If you don't find an answer, start a thread and wait for several different answers.
