Hernia mesh repair.

I had an inguinal repair using mesh about 20 years ago and it was successful enough that I'd forgotten about it until I saw this post. I guess it might be just luck of the draw with the surgeon you get and how your body responds to the implanted mesh.

Saw the surgeon today and he reviewed everything,no hernia anything.Fully healed and totally solid.
So back to the primary for a physical and go from there.
Being uncomfortable 24/7 sucks.

No and that was tested for on my second visit with my primary.They always do the urine and blood work.When I had the original ultrasound they inluded the kidneys too.

The job's winding down...nothing but cutting and rolling walls for the next week.Easy work.Gonna take it easy and talk with the doc again.

Good luck Norm . Wasn't there an issue with some of the mesh a few years back ?
