I have been thinking for months that i needed to replace my WSM 18" because I needed capacity but just could not see buying another smoker and then I saw the answer to my problem....

I smoked 40 chicken thighs yesterday and it went like clock work.

That addition from the cajun bandit is great, stainless steel and made well fit right on the WSM with out a hitch

That's why I went with the 22.5" I knew I was going to want more room at some point.... and I have had 37-42 chicken thighs on it on more than one occasion.
