Had some thighs I needed to cook up so I marinated them overnight in zesty Italian dressing.
Threw them on a pan today and injected some creole butter into them then applied some chicken herb seasoning
Into the gmg at 300 until done. Jacked it up to 350 to crisp up the skin.
Not too shabby
