I've been using an amaze smoke tube for some time now. It seems that recently i can't seem to keep the pellets burning. I usually smoke the product with the vents closed. Could this be the cause of the burnout after a half hour of so? Has anyone else experienced this problem with the tube?

You definitely need airflow open the vents. You could also try microwaving your pellets for 2 minutes before lighting. I'm surprised to see steam every time I take mine out of the microwave.

All good info above, but I would also add. Nuke the pellets for 1 minute, then stir them up & nuke them for 1 more minute. This will get any moisture out of them & they should burn better.

Problem solved. And welcome of SMF, by the way.
Thank you, I've been following for some time now and have learned much. My wife is impressed with the reaction of the members and the speed of your replies. Again, thanks.
