Do you have a particular model? Interested in purchasing one. I did a few overnight Burns and have been lucky but I wouldn't mind having peace of mind!

I use the Inkbird IRF-4S. I like the range of radio frequency over that of bluetooth models.
My smoker is bluetooth connected to my tablet during smokes. However, the app doesn't allow for programming high or low temp alarms. Thus, the need for a remote therm for sanity's sake.
