So I just sold my last stick burner (Lang 48) and I will be moving in a few days. Once I get moved I will be ordering a new smoker. I have my eye on a Lang 36 hybrid. I can't decide on the deluxe model and getting stainless steel racks. I wanted to ask everyone's opinion on these or if you think I should buy a different stick burner.

I have 2500 give or take can go a little higher for the right unit. I want to smoke and grill with the same unit. What is everyone's thoughts?

Stainless isn't all that it is cracked up to be.
It's looks "purdy" until it doesn't.
Othwise, that Lang is a very nice looking rig.

Man you sure go thru the smokers Aaron!
I wouldn't spend the money for the stainless grates, my grates still look like new. Just spray with Pam before & after each use. Even the expanded metal grates on the Santa Maria attachment look new & they really take a beating from the hot fire. Do the same with them, Pam spray before & after each cook.

I have the Lang 36 hybrid Deluxe I love it. I didn't get the stainless grates but I do recommend going with the bigger tires oh, it makes moving in a lot easier. having the Char-Griller on it is amazing so nice to be able to grill steaks or chicken or just finishing ribs on it.

Right now I'm leaning towards a 36 hybrid with wagon wheels...
