help me please

hope someone out here would have an idea for a website to troubleshoot a jayco popup camper.. camped this weekend and camper top will not go down..had to leave camper at camppground..dealer want $75/hr and travel miles to go look at it even though its under warranty..cant move it when up..i am in a bind, any help appreciated......

dealer is crap, called jayco waiting for an answer.. was in last october when top would not go up...what crap...its a jayco model 1007 made in 2005....

There is a safety that you have to release on most of them so they cant come down when you dont want them too usually located by where the crank goes on some there is also supports that go inside by the uprights. or did something that you didnt see fall next to the posts blocking the mechanism.

still not sure, but suggested a gear walked on a shaft for the cranking mechanism..

try popupexplorer.com (aka PUX) there are alot of Jayco guys there and you will get alot of help to start with.
