Help finding a recipe

I am looking for a recipe for "spitzmur", a Norwegian Sausage.
Recently a friend shared some with me.
I do not find much on the internet about it, and will probably ask where it is made..

Sorry I've never heard of that Norwegian sausage before. With my dad's parents both coming from Norway we ate allot of Norwegian dishes, and that was never on the menu. Maybe a member from Minnesota can help you. There is a large Norwegian population in that state.
