Hi everyone. I live in Massachusetts and I've bean grilling & smoking for about 12 yrs and still have and use my first Weber kettle once and a while. I got into smoking meat about 6 yrs ago with an upright charcoal barrel and was hooked. I've moved on to a gas upright smoker and a Jenn Air grill with rotisserie in the outdoor kitchen I'm building but still love the charcoal taste the best. I hope to learn a lot from the forums and maybe help where I can. Thanks, Brian.
