hello all, I am from geneseo il. New to the smoking myself and glad I found this site. I used to buy all my smoked foods from Weber meat market here in Geneseo but they had a fire and decided not to rebuild here and left for Wis. nothing around even compares to what they used to do so I have resorted to doing it myself now.
