Finally bought my first smoker (Char Griller pro deluxe with side fire box).  I've been browsing the forums for the last few weeks to learn as much as I can.  It's amazing all the info and ideas on this site.  Thanks to everyone for all the great stuff I've read!  Just wrapped up my first smoke, I will post results and QView photos shortly.  I assembled, seasoned, and got my first smoke in the first day.
