Hello from Denver. Been smoking for 20+ years. I have a little electric smoker, a vertical charcoal, and then a horizontal charcoal that is the big boy that can hold some serious meat. I recently found this sight looking for some new ideas. Seems like a lot of good people with some good ideas. Happy smoking!
