Hey from Arkansas. Been smoking in a cheap electric Brinkmann for a couple years now with decent results in the summer not so much in cold weather. New digital mes30 should be delivered anytime now. Hopefully this will help extend my smoking season. Tons of great advice on here so far, great forum guys!
