Hi. My name is Joe. I live in Western Colorado and have a Charbroil offset smoker. I have been smoking for about 5 years seriously. Pork Tenderloin and Brisket are my favorites, I'm better at pork,but my brisket isn't bad either. Lol
I make my own rub sometimes, but am always ready to learn new stuff
