There is a local brewery that does wings in a sticky Asian sauce. Wife loves it. They dont sell but I was trying to find a purchasable version of it being I dont have time to fart around with making it myself, although I wish I did. Any thoughts? Thank you.

Can you send us some wings? I still wouldn't be able to help you out but I do like me some wings :emoji_blush: ! Bet some of these guys can help you out. I'll try looking at some of Chef Jimmy J's, he maybe had a recipe

Any thoughts?
General Tso sauce . I bet would work . Spicy sweet . I just did some twice smoked rib singles in it .
This was just heated up , but simmered in a pot would " sticky " it up .

Base flavor?
I honestly have no idea. It's a thin sauce so I'm not sure.
@Brokenhandle... only a few hours from you. Lakeville Brewing Company. Good beers and really good food.
I've seen lots of recipes for it but I just don't have the time to make it. Trying to find something hopefully in a bottle or something. I don't have high hopes though.

Found a recipe that sounds close. Again if I had time to make it myself I would but well I don't.
1/2 cup soy sauce
▢3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
▢1 tablespoon sesame oil
▢1 tablespoon white sugar
▢2 tablespoons minced garlic
▢1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger

That's a lot of sesame oil. I would start with 1/2 tsp. Taste. Then add more if you want. I've blown sauces and dips because they got overpowered by the sesame oil.

Buffalo Wild Wings Asian Zing
I did a Buffalo Wild Wings about 10 years ago . Every Friday the owner had another location bring us lunch . Huge spread . I like it anyway , but put out fresh like we got it , it's fantastic . I forgot about the Asian zing . That would be a great choice . Good stuff .

On Thursdays they have BOGO boneless wings that a few of us order into work and buying 10 gets you 20 and 4 sauce choices. I always oder mine with the sauce on the side so I can try different sauces without being committed to something I may not care for. The Asian Zing stands out as a tasty one for me.

Lots of good ideas. I will add teriyaki. I've used lots but like Sweet Baby Rays the most as it does the polynesian chinese thing with pineapple.

Ive used the Melindas sweet Thai chili sauce and add some honey or agave to it for a wing sauce, turned out pretty tasty
im gonna need some of this sauce! thank you for the rec John
