Hello I'm Brian from Joplin Mo, I been hiding in the shadows for a couple of months checking out the recipes.  This site makes me hungry every time I look at it, so decided to join.  I'm hooked on the fatties and going to try the ABT the next time the smoker is fired up.

I upgraded from a small electric smoker to a Old Country BBQ Pit.  It was a Christmas present ( I have the best wife).
