I have just recently gotten into the world of grilling since moving to Missouri from Arizona. The wife's family was all about grilling and I thought I would have a go at it, I love it! I bought a barrel grill from wall mart a few years ago and can't get enough of it. I am looking into building a UDS and was wanting advice from the pros. I am a Bakery manager at Costco wholesale and have access to all the beautiful Costco meats and can't wait to dig in.
