It goes without saying I am new to this site. How did I get here well I was searching for barbaque seasoning receipe and tripped up on Smoking Meat.
I really don't know anything about or have ever tried smoking meat. I don't even think there is anywhere I can by a decent smoker within 600km of Kalgoolie but I will work on that once I have done some reading via this site.
I am looking forward to learning this new skill.
