I've been reading off/on for a while now, Figured it was time to say hello.
I live in Atlanta, GA. I have a Masterbuilt electric smoker and enjoy experimenting with different things. This past weekend for a party at the house I smoked: Leg of lamb, pastrami, a fatty, whole duck, whole chicken, 2 dozen eggs (for "Smokey Devils" -- deviled eggs), and okra.
I've also smoked butt, brisket, steak, sausage, ribs (pork & beef). I have also smoked assorted veggies including corn, & cauliflower.
I am always looking for new things to try.
