I've been reading off/on for a while now,  Figured it was time to say hello.  

I live in Atlanta, GA.  I have a Masterbuilt electric smoker and enjoy experimenting with different things.  This past weekend for a party at the house I smoked: Leg of lamb, pastrami, a fatty, whole duck, whole chicken, 2 dozen eggs (for "Smokey Devils" -- deviled eggs), and okra.  

I've also smoked butt, brisket, steak, sausage, ribs (pork & beef).  I have also smoked assorted veggies including corn, & cauliflower. 

I am always looking for new things to try.

Hello Richard and welcome to SMF! Aren't smoked deviled eggs the bomb! I've tried many different woods when smoking them but our favorite is Jack Daniels Bourbon Oak Barrel Chips - gives a good smoky taste with a hint of sweet.
