Good Morning to all,
My name is Chris, I live in MD and am new to Smoking. I came across this forum during my research into pellet smokers and recipe's. I have recently purchased a entry level Camp Chef Pellet PG 24 smoker, so far so good as for my first smoke I did two very large Bone in Rib-eye's. I have to say the wife was not happy when I first walked in the door with it and then again when I fired it up but when it came to dinner time she was not complaining anymore. Now I am looking forward to doing my Rib's on it this weekend for our block party and maybe a center cut pork loin after that. Every time I am in the meat isle I looking for things to smoke now.
I know a pellet smoker is cheating but due to space and ease of use it was the best route for me.
I look forward to reading other post/recipes soon.
Thanks
Chris.
